• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

• Use the Service to test applications you do not own or have authorization to test
• Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without proper authorization
• Use the Service for penetration testing, security scanning, or vulnerability assessment of third-party systems without explicit permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

4. Test Accounts & Credentials

• You are solely responsible for any test accounts and credentials you provide to the Service.
• You must only provide credentials for test/staging environments, not production systems with real user data.
• You represent that you have the right to provide such credentials and authorize automated testing.
• We encrypt credentials at rest and implement security best practices, but you acknowledge inherent risks in storing credentials.
• We are not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials on your end.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and AI models, is owned by AI QA Live Sessions and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your Content (tickets, test configurations, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your Content solely to provide the Service.

5.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us to improve the Service without obligation to you.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.
• We reserve the right to impose usage limits to ensure fair access for all users.

7. Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at subscription.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice; changes apply at your next billing cycle.
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
